Police has arrested the accused who did indecent act with a dog in Delhi’s Harinagar area. A video went viral in the area. It was seen that one of the accused was misbehaving with the dog in the park. A person made a video of this and then complained to the police. Police registered a case against the accused under unnatural sex act and cruelty to animals act and identified him and arrested him on Wednesday.
Police officials told that the accused is a resident of the area and works as a laborer. On February 24, a Harinagar resident gave a complaint to the police. He told that he had seen a man misbehaving with a dog in the park. He made a video of it.
He is presenting the video as evidence. Action should be taken against the accused. Harinagar police station registered a case on the complaint. Meanwhile, the video of the accused went viral. Police officials say that information about the presence of the accused in the area was received on Wednesday.
The police team reached there and arrested the accused. The accused has accepted his crime. Police officers say that the mental condition of the accused is being investigated.
